Unleavened (Exodus 13:3-10)

Leaven became a symbol for corruption; but in the Exodus, unleavened bread represents IMMEDIATE obedience to YHWH during the Passover. Annually, the Hebrews ate only unleavened bread as a reminder of the way YHWH provided salvation.
