As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another.
Proverbs 27:17
While the Sunday worship gathering is our primary large-scale environment, much of church life happens in smaller, more conversational settings. Through the week, we have several of these smaller groups meeting both at our main facility and throughout the region.

Bible Study - Tuesday Evening, 7pm
Hosted at the home of one of our elders, Ray Pouliot. Current study (start date May 12 - end date June 9) is focused on 1 Thessalonians. This is a small group, limited to 12 participants (sign up is required). Study is in progress; reach out below with questions.

Sermon Discussion - Tuesday Evening, 7pm
A small group gathers on Tuesday evenings at 7:00pm in room 122 at the church to discuss the previous Sunday's message. This is an open group, facilitated by one of our elders, Jim MacDuff. Participants are welcome to come any time.

Bible Study - Wednesday Evening, 6pm
Current study (start date May 6 - end date June10) is focused on 1 Peter, facilitated by Mike Trask at the church in the Room 116. This is a small group, limited to 12 participants (sign up is required). Study is in progress; reach out below with questions.

Prayer Team
Our prayer group mission is to share experiences, pray for the congregation, and encourage each other in the Word of God. Prayer group meets Tuesday mornings at 10am in Room 122.

Preaching Team
In 2025, we began using a team of preachers to supplement our pastor and elders. The four men who serve on the team meet regularly with our teaching pastor and speak 1-2 Sundays a year. All the men are faithful in other ministries in the church, from children's church to security.

Worship Teams
Our Sunday worship is not entertainment. The worship teams facilitate the congregation's praise of God through music, visual cues, and audio reinforcement. On Tuesdays, the music team meets for Bible study and worship in preparation of leading the congregation on Sunday.

Apple Tree Men's Ministry
It's a weird name; but it makes sense if you get to know us. Our men's ministry is just getting restarted in the fall of 2026. We will be focusing on quarterly fellowship, work projects, and one-on-one connections.

Ladies Ministry
Our ladies' ministry is focused on building strong, disciple-building relationships among the women (Titus 2:3–5). Join us as we work through a guided journal (FAITH, HOPE, LOVE), connect in small groups along the way, and meet quarterly as one group for fellowship.
Southern New Hampshire Rescue Mission
Helping the hurt and homeless in Jesus’ name.
Two teams of Bedford Road Baptist Church volunteers serve breakfast and provide a brief devotional for about 70 people on the first and fourth Saturday of each month.
