Women’s ministry kicks off Sept. 23rd with Open Hearts, Open Hands

This year’s theme is “Open Hearts, Open Hands” with the study of the Psalms throughout the year.   We will continue to meet on the 3rd Saturday of each month, including Dec. with April being the closing.

Generally, we plan to meet at 9am for coffee and donuts with an hour of devotional time, followed by the event scheduled for that day, and to end before noon.

Our Fall schedule events:
-Sept.23 – Apple picking
-Oct.21 – nature hike
-Nov.18 – caring for and feeding the homeless
-Dec.16 – caroling opportunities

A reminder of dates is available to you on the table in back of the sanctuary.

Ladies, in the last 3 years of Women’s Ministry,  I believe God has blessed us, as we have been diligently seeking to know Him better.  We learned about God’s precepts, in “Apples of Gold”, then we journeyed with “Remarkable Women of the Bible.”  Last year we focused on the “Fruit of the Spirit.” As leaders in Women’s Ministry, our goal has always been to equip women at BRBC, so that they not only have a desire to know God more intimately but desire to help create environments where people encounter Jesus and journey together, as led by the Holy Spirit, as is stated in BRBC vision statement.

So I pray you would have interest in participating with us each month as we yet again will not only focus on scripture but also put our words into action.

A sign up list will be available for each session.  Please be sure you sign up as this is helpful to those who are organizing the event.  Before each event you will get an email reminder.
